A: ANSWER: For those customers,who has DHL,TNT,UPS account,can give us your account
and we will send the samples by freight collect. For those customers,who do not have an express
account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly
to our company account.Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.
Q: How to pay sample charges?
A: ANSWER: You can pay to our company account. When we received the samples fee, we will arrange
to make the samples for you. The prepare time for samples will be 3-5days.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A:ANSWER:Usually, we accept T/T, West Union. For regular orders, 30% deposit in advance, and the balance paid before delivery.
